He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Griffin and Flossie Griffin (Taylor); and his grandson Michael Griffin. He is survived by: his children, Wendell Griffin and Virginia Griffin; his brother Jerry Griffin; his grandchildren, Billy Griffin (Shayla) and Tammy Odom; and his great grandchildren, Haley Griffin, Andrew Bell, Peyton Bell, Jaclyn Fisette, Ashley Odom and Silas Griffin.
