She is survived by: her children, Anthony Stawicki of McKenzie, Christina Wilson of New Jersey and Donna Miller of New Jersey; her siblings, Keith Jensen of Indiana, Alan Jensen of Indiana and Sharon Baker of Pennsylvania; and her grandchildren, Ashley Hoeksema, Tori Stawicki, Sabian Stawicki, Sierra Wilson, Samantha Barner, Susan Taylor, Ivy Stawicki, Billy Joe Stawicki, Anthony Stawicki, Kevin Stawick and Cody Stawicki. She is also survived by twenty-one great grandchildren.
