It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rupert Seth Bailey (Dresden, Tennessee), who passed away on April 15, 2018, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Bennie Bailey and Thelma Bailey; and his sibling Shirley. He is survived by: his wife Mary Sue Bailey of Dresden, TN.; his children, Pam Lee of Memphis, TN, Michael Bailey of Dresden, TN and Johnny Bailey of Dresden, TN.; and his siblings, Marie, Mildred and Gary. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
