He is survived by: his caregivers, Jeremy and LeeAnn McCoy; and his close friends, Cody, Kaylee, Karson McCoy, Betty Eakes, Josh Sills, Cole McCoy, Kate Sills, Joe Duck, Russ Finney, Payton Williams, Jason Morris and Stan Christisen.

In Lieu of flowers all donations can be made in his honor to the American Cancer Association and St. Jude Children's Hospital.
