He is survived by: his children, Marla Rook (Doug) of Palmersville and Clay Adams (Rupa) of Cordova; his grandchildren, Addie and Mason Rook; his sisters, Tracey Glisson and Stacey Roberts (Shane); and his uncle Hugh Adams.
