He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip Maynard Stroud and Mollie Mae Stroud (King); his daughter Georgia Herrndobler (Stroud); his wife Geneva Stroud (Bradberry); his siblings, Billy, Charles Stroud and Brooksie Taylor (Stroud); and his granddaughter Jennifer Stroud.
He is survived by: his son Kenneth Stroud of Rainsville, AL.; his brothers, Bobby Stroud of Jackson, TN. and Fred Stroud of Dresden, TN.; his granddaughter Crystal Duco (Stroud); and his great grandchildren, Joshua Duco, Jaxson Duco and Jamison Muse.
