She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Collins and Ada Collins (Gordon); her grandson Keith Dean; her great grandchild Kaylynn Taylor; and her great great grandchild Jayden Beecham (James Hershel Dean).
She is survived by: her children, Ann Thomas of Lexington, Doris Dean of Martin, Curtis Dean of Dresden, Norman Dean of Dresden, Norbert Thomas of Martin and James Dean of Gadsden, TN; and her brother Perry Collins of Utah. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 42 great-grandchildren, 15 great-great-grandchildren.
