He is survived by: his wife Wanda Mullins; his sons, Kenny Mullins (Barbara) of Gleason and Kevin Mullins (Ange) of Bradford; his brothers, Lowell Mullins of Manteno, IL. and Dewey Mullins of Elkhart, IN.; his grandchildren, Taylor Martin (R. J.), Alyssa Throneberry (Hunter), Tanna Orr (Evan), Kevin Mullins Jr. (Drea), Kacie Mullins (Andrew Barrientos), Kamrin Mullins and Kenzie Mullins; and his great grandchildren, Easton Barrientos, Asher Martin, Owen Martin, Ivy Sue Martin, Elaine Martin, Abbey Throneberry, Aurora Throneberry, Ellison Orr, Max Orr and Oliver Orr.
