He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Dilday and Susie Dilday (Bradberry); his son David Alan Dilday Sr.; and his siblings, Robert William Dilday, Mary Sue Eaves, Mattie Pearl Gallimore and Alice Ruth Felty.
He is survived by: his son Randall Dilday (Josefina) of Kentucky; and his grandchildren, David Alan Dilday Jr. (Codi), Lance Dilday (Stephanie), Eric Dilday (Jennifer), Joseph Dilday and Amber Dilday. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
