George Woodrow Castleman Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George Woodrow Castleman of Dresden, Tennessee, who passed away on March 9, 2025, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Woody Castleman and Adell Castleman; his wife Barabara Castleman; his daughter LouAnn Castleman; and his granddaughter Morgan Faye McMinn.
He is survived by: his children, Corey Castleman (Johnna) of Dresden, TN, Debra Potts (Christy) of Martin, TN, Kathryn Hensley (Jason) of Cleveland, TN and DeEtt Dennis of Martin, TN; his grandchildren, Natalie Ball, Abi Grace Randolph, Max Randolph, Bella Dennis, ZacCorey Castleman, Kitai Dennis and Carter Potts; his sisters, Penny Johanson (Keith) of Dresden, TN and Roxanne Pate of Dresden, TN; and his pet Oscar Castleman. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Bowlin Funeral Home (279 W Main St, Dresden, TN 38225). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 at the Sunset Cemetery (400 Poplar St, Dresden, TN 38225).
