She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Parham and Era Belle Dillon Parham. She is survived by: her husband Jack L. Rushing; her children, Timothy Craig Rushing of Dresden and Tammy Lynn Provost (Justin) of Lexington, KY; and her siblings, Wanda Pritchett, Wendy Holmes, Johnny Parham of Mayfield, KY, Bobby Parham of Mayfield, KY and Steve Parham of Mayfield, KY.
