He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Culver and Annie Bell Elinor Culver; and his siblings, Genella Culver Forrester and Bill Culver. He is survived by: his wife Judy Nowlin Culver; his children, Mitchell Culver (Angie) and Melissa; his grandchildren, Brandon Culver (Ashley) and Jordan Yeley (Lacy); his children, Christopher Culver and Julie Johnson; and his brothers, David Culver (Ruth) and Jimmy Culver (Nancy). He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
