She was predeceased by: her husband William Lloyd Taylor; her parents, Phillip Maynard Stroud and Mollie Mae Stroud; and her brothers, Charles Steven Stroud and Billy Joe Stroud.
She is survived by: her children, Gary Lloyd Taylor of Panama City, FL and Sheila Kay Rice of Dresden; her brothers, Bobby Gene Stroud of Jackson, Fred Lee Stroud and Phillip Newman Stroud of Dresden; and her grandsons, Randy Rice of Greenbrier, TN and Rusty Rice of Dyer. She is also survived by numerous great grand children, nieces and nephews.
