He is survived by: his wife Betty Lovett Oliver of Martin, TN; his children, Vickie Higgs (Mike) and Jeff Oliver (Lisa) of Dresden, TN; his grandchildren, Brandon Oliver, Justin Oliver, Courtney Newton (Jeremy), Christie Essary (Adam), Ryne Reynolds (Lydia), Courtney Williams (Chris), Camille Persinger (Houston), Mary Elizabeth Higgs and Murphy Higgs; and his great grandchildren, Karlee Newton, Lauralee Newton, Claire Essary, Cale Oliver Essary, Ronin Reynolds, Jackson Knox Williams, Lakyn Williams, Gatlin Persinger and Haelyn Persinger.
