She was predeceased by: her father Clyde Stevens; and her daughter Pamela Gail Needham. She is survived by: her husband Paul Needham; her children, Stacey Needham (Melanie) of Dresden, TN and Tammy Boucher (David) of Martin, TN; her grandchildren, Landon Prather (Alyx), Mallory West (Adam), Mason Needham (Kirsten Ford) and Kara Beth Needham; and her great grandchildren, Jamison West and Gentry West.
