He is survived by: his wife Elaine Gibson; his children, Michael McGriff (Tara), Anita Hatcher (Curtis) and Heather King (Dustin); his grandchildren, Carter, Trevor, Rhealee, Daniel, Colt and Baylor; his mother Ruth Ann Gibson; his siblings, Karen Roberts (Denver), Cathy Cobler (Mike) and Fuzz Childers (Cathy); and his pet Jackie. He is also survived by grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna Tuesday (203 N Lowry St, Smyrna, TN 37167). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Woodfin Funeral Chapel - Smyrna Tuesday (203 N Lowry St, Smyrna, TN 37167). A burial was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at the Roselawn Memorial Gardens (5350 NW Broad St, Murfreesboro, TN 37129).
