He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Eugene Neal and Betty Miller McBride Neal; his siblings, Claudine Whitworth, Betty Jean Simmons, Lola Slatten, Elmer Lee Neal, Sally Avo Neal and Ruth Leona Neal; and his great grandchildren, Joshua Cannon Neal, Elijah William Neal and Amos Lee Neal.
He is survived by: his wife Christine Buttrum Neal; his children, Kenneth Neal (Brenda) and Margaret Teeple (Dana); his grandchildren, Michael Neal (Amanda), Jeff Neal (Hillary), MarLea Finch, Jameson Teeple and Kristen Teeple; his great grandchildren, Rylee Luna, Noah Teeple, Claudia Neal and Olivia Teeple; and his siblings, Joe Neal (Dianna), Kathleen Rogol, Ruby Bennett, Zelma Brandenburg, Deamie Willhite and Leta Humphrey.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the White County Rescue Squad or to Short Mountain Bible Camp in his memory.
