He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Edwina Sparkman Simmons and Willard Ray Tolbert; and his grandparents, Luther, Bertha Sparkman, Roscoe and Rachel Tolbert.
He is survived by: his brother Timothy Tolbert (Mary) of Doyle; and his nieces and nephews, Chazlynn Hood of Doyle, Rachel Blevins of Michigan, Jordan Tolbert of Doyle and Adam Swack of Sparta.
