He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Herman Denton and Lillie Ovean Luna Phifer; his wife Martha Lou Denton; his children, Misty Schulze (Mert) of Pasadena, Dickie Denton II (Amy) of South Haven, Kyle Denton (Tiphanie), Stoney Hunt, Teri, Gary Hunt and Douglas Hunt (Kathy) of Jamestown, TN; his siblings, Ricky Denton (Gwen), Randy Denton (Jennifer) and Tracy Denton; and his great grandchildren, Pallbearers, Bucky Floyd, Danny Lee, Robert McCormick, Sam Roberts, Joe Adkison and Steve Floyd. He was also cherished by 16 Grandchildren.
