He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Stockling Duggin of Dowelltown; his children, Lisa Duggin Crary (Brian) of Franklin, Paula Jones (Mark Mays), Kathy Duggin Malone (Zach) of Dowelltown, Jack Duggin and Tom Duggin of Cookeville; his brother Jack Duggin (Mary) of Nashville; his grandsons, Mark Mays Jr. and Aaron Duggin; and his great grandchild Eric Mays.
