It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sammy Taylor of Dowelltown, Tennessee, who passed away on September 13, 2021, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Taylor and Kathleen Steele Taylor. He is survived by: his son Matthew Taylor of Dowelltown; and his half-siblings, Tommy Garrison of Dowelltown, Ricky Parks of Michigan, Dallas Ray of Kentucky and Annette Parks of Michigan.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to DeKalb Funeral Chapel to help with funeral expenses, in memory of Sammy.
