She was predeceased by: her father Charlie Thomas; and her siblings, Rosa Dunn, Patty Brown Thomas, Charlie Thomas, Jr. and Grady Thomas.
She is survived by: her husband Rosco Frazier of Dowelltown; her daughters, Wanda Johnston of Manchester and Linda Bush (Wayne) of Smithville; her grandchildren, Derrick Bush (Kristel) of Murfreesboro, James Christopher Johnston of Tullahoma and Olivia Marie Bunch (Amanda) of Wartrace; her great grandchild Sadie Elaine Bush; and her sister Sally Bell Grisham of Gordonsville. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews.
