He was predeceased by: his parents, S. B. Griffith and Bobbie Jean Neal Houk; his son Stephan Patrick; his stepson Jerry Lee Estes; and his siblings, Jimmy Griffith, Marie McBride and Teresa Griffith.
He is survived by: his sons, Matthew of Smithville and Billy Griffith of Smithville; his granddaughter Kynlee Griffith; the mother of his children Darlene Jackson of Smithville; and his siblings, Deborah Page of Dowelltown, Melissa Culwell of Smithville and Charles Griffith (Phyllis) of Alexandria. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles & cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to DeKalb Funeral Chapel to help with funeral expenses.
