She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Evans and Melford Evans; and her children, Jeffrey Ferry, Michael Ferry Adcock, Michelle Ferry and Patrice Chapman.
She is survived by: her children, Holly Bryant (Dale) of Dowelltown and Leonard Ferry of Michigan; her grandchildren, Devin Thomas (Whitney) of Smithville, Destiny Pendergraff (Travis) of Smithville, Lenny Ferry of Michigan, Derak Ferry of Michigan, Courtney Ferry of Michigan, Taylor Chapman of Michigan, Jourdon Chapman of Michigan, Mickinze Chapman of Michigan and Robert Chapman of Michigan; and her caregivers, Tammy McDonald, Shanda and Kailee. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
