He is survived by: his children, Barry Poss (Barbara) of Dowelltown, Melisa Petty (Homer) of Smithville and Sherry Poss of Dowelltown; his grandchildren, Felicia Walker, Billy Strickland, Anthony Petty, Misty Ferrell, Andy Checchi and Karrie Johnson; and his great grandchildren, Cody Strickland, Destiny Strickland, Zena Walker, Danielle Walker, Katrina Walker and TJ Walker.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Love-Cantrell Funeral Home (100 E Church St, Smithville, TN 37166).
