He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Pinegar and Prudie Hale Pinegar; and his brother T. J. Pinegar. He is survived by: his wife Zada Pinegar of Dowelltown; his children, Michael Pinegar (Gloria) of Smithville and Teresa Maxwell (Terry) of Smithville; his grandchildren, Heather Young (Chris) of Smithville, Amanda Maxwell of Smithville and Robbie Maxwell (Alicia) of Dowelltown; his great grandchildren, Trinity, Denton Young of Smithville, Gavin, Braxton Bain of Smithville and Brooklyn Maxwell of Dowelltown; his sister Dean Cook (Gene) of Smithville; and his close friend Todd Testerman of Smithville.
