He is survived by: his wife Juanita Gentry Barrett of Dowelltown; his children, Jacob Lee Barrett of Dowelltown, TN, Bethanie Taylor of Gallatin, TN, Jason Crowley (Michelle) of Bremerton, WA, Jeffrey Crowley (Heather) of Gordonsville, TN and Jerica Mallory of San Diego, CA; his siblings, Ella Marie Ward (Jesse) of Lebanon, TN, Daisey Purdue of Lebanon, TN, Carolyn Tarpley (James) of Lebanon, TN, Roy Barrett of Lebanon, Claudie Barrett (Geneva) of Lebanon, TN and James Barrett of Murfreesboro; and his grandchildren, Savannah, Anthony, Gabrielle, Nathan, Jeffrey Jr., Caden and Dannica.
