He is survived by: his wife Carol Joyce Myers Costin; his children, Toby Costin (Casey), Brian Costin and Heather Barrett (Chris) of Dover, TN; and his brothers, Caleb Costin of Denver, CO and Jeff Costin of Salida, CO. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
Those attending the services are required to wear facemasks and practice social distancing.
