She is survived by: her son Samuel Phippen (Nawanna) of Dover, TN; her siblings, Jerry Cunningham (Janie) of Dover, TN, Gerald Cunningham (Beth) of Benton, KY, Melinda Thompson (Gary), Paulette Allen (Robert) of Indian Mound, TN and Brenda Hanley of Medford, MA; her grandson Blane Phippen (Kelsey); and her great grandchildren, Burklee and Annistyn Phippen.
