He was predeceased by: his parents, John Earl and Dulcie Mae Swann Douglass; and his wife Susan Sills Douglass. He is survived by: his son John; his daughter-in-law Nicole Douglass; his grandson Sean Douglass of Dover, TN; his cousins, Gary Grogan of Frankfort, KY and Jennifer Partin of Louisville, KY; his brother Jim; and his sister-in-law Nancy Myers of Dover, TN..
