He was predeceased by: his parent William Collins. He is survived by: his parent Virgie Collins; his wife Frances Collins; and his children, Steve Allen Collins (Rebecca), Keith Collins (Susan) and Kathy Turner (James). He is also survived by five grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
