He was predeceased by: his parents, William Thomas and Ruby Whitford Rowlett; his brother Andrew Rowlett; and his grandson Shawn Rowlett. He is survived by: his children, Michael Rowlett (Deborah), Timothy Rowlett (Angela) and Meredith Russell (Douglas); his siblings, Scott Rowlett and Mary Durocher; his grandchildren, James Rowlett, William Rowlett, Jessica Cathey, Haley Rowlett, James Bechtold, Diana Rowlett, Hunter Russell, Gunner Russell, Kassie Russell, Rachel Russell and Preston Russell; and his great grandchild Kaisleigh Cathey.
