He is survived by: his parent Mildred Charlene Koozer Harvey; his wife Karen Christie Harvey; his children, Andy Harvey of New Concord, KY and Manda K. French (Wayne); his sisters, Lavanna Hagendorf of Marietta, OH and Myrna Kirnton; his grandchildren, Roger Andrew Harvey, Samuel Landon Ullrich (Rebekah) and Carson Wayne Ullrich (Makayla); and also Cross.
