He was predeceased by: his parent Leonard Delbert; and his sister Mildred Smith. He is survived by: his parent Gracie Edwards Smith; his wife Margie Cottrell Smith; his children, Wesley Delbert Smith (Kristi Radford) and Gracie Pearl Armstrong (Ryan); his brother Wayne Smith of Indian Mound, TN; and his grandchildren, Ryleigh Radford, Jathan Armstrong and Chloe Armstrong.
