He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Judy Madding and Gene Burkhart. He is survived by: his parents, Mickey Burkhart (Terri Dudley) and Stephanie Shemwell (Zach); his children, Gradyn and Londyn Burkhart of Dover; his brother Devin Burkhart of Woodlawn, TN; and his grandparents, Gary, Linda Earhart and Peggy Burkhart of Big Rock, TN. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
