He is survived by: his parents, Merlin Jolliff (Debra) and Lynn Allen (Larry); his wife Cindy Threatt Jolliff; his children, Ethan, Addison and Brooklyn; and his siblings, Jarryd Harris (Tori), Clint Jolliff (Angie), Becky Lynch (Andy) and Mandi Harris.

Those attending the service are requested to wear a facemask and practice social distancing.
