She was predeceased by: her parents, Orville Joines and Floeva Hughes Joines; her son Charles David Borders, Jr.; and her brother-in-law John Burt. She is survived by: her daughter Kimberly Borders of Dover, TN; her siblings, Billie Burt, Sherry Anthony (Richard) and Dale Joines (Freida); and her nephews, Trevor Anthony of Lake Jackson, TX and Will Anthony.
