He is survived by: his wife May Shepherd Outlaw; his children, James Eddie Outlaw (Michael), Rossville, Dennis Ray Outlaw (Lesley) of Dover, TN, Benjamin Lee Outlaw (Dawn) of Dover, TN, Shannon William Outlaw (Natasha) of Dover, Mary Ellen Willis (Jackie Dennis) of Big Rock, TN and Jesse Cecile Dority (Chris) of Dover, TN; and his brothers, Cecil Hugh Outlaw (Janet) of Jacksonville, FL and Frankie Lee Outlaw (Pricilla) of Dover, TN. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
