He is survived by: his wife Naomi Lyon; his children, Lisa Polarek (John) and Jimmy Lyon (Tammy); his sister Nelda Crockarell; his grandchildren, Justin Malray (Sara), Jeffrey Malray (Chelsea), Devan Flynn (Mike), Joel Polarek and Samuel Polarek; and his great grandchildren, Bodhi Malary and Casek Malary.
