He is survived by: his wife Ann Allen Atkins; his daughter Mickey Atkins; his granddaughters, Brenda Pinkowsky and Suzanne Howell (Danny); and his great grandchildren, Shannon Atkins of Denver, CO, Jessica Milliken (Dustin), Tiffany Risinger, Ashlee Howell, Sara Howell, Taylor Howell, Daniel Howell (Chelsea), Mitchell Howell (Emily), Sydney Spencer (Johnathan), Ryan Pinkowsky and Rachel Grasty (Seth).
