He is survived by: his parent Kate Bell Boring Cathey; his wife Donna Cathey; his daughters, Donna Jean Reynolds of Dover, TN, Krista Aguirre, Alicia Lukasik and Kathleen Miller; and his siblings, Eddie Cathey of Granite City, IL and Delores Bryant of Dover, TN.
