It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Garland Pratt (Dover, Tennessee), born in Paris, Tennessee, who passed away on August 14, 2019, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, E. J. Pratt and Frances Pratt; and his brother Stanley Allen Pratt. He is survived by: his sister Peggy Pratt Bain (RE Bain) of Nashville. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
