She is survived by: her husband Lewis Shepherd; her children, Cindy Schoolfield (Monty) and Lewis Shepherd Jr.; her grandchildren, Chris and Deanna Schoolfield; her siblings, Betty Turner of Indian Mound, TN, Carolyn Threatt of Indian Mound, TN, Wanda Coleman of Indian Mound, TN, Leon Burkhart of Jonesboro, AR and Donnie Burkhart; and her niece Kelly Watters.
In lieu of all memorials, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or Rose Valley United Methodist Church.
