She is survived by: her daughter Betsy Ignacio; her grandchildren, David Littleton (Lisa), Jenny Littleton, John-Charles Ignacio and Lacy Ignacio (Sean); her great grandchildren, Lauren Littleton, Logan Littleton and Lennon Ignacio; and her caregivers, Tammy Knott, Nikki Webb, Gail Brake, Carlene Gilmore and Shirley Sills.
