She is survived by: her siblings, Sue Weber, Richard Keatts and Kenneth Keatts; her sister-in-law Ann Keatts; her husband William Harrison Welch (Willie); her children, Jeff Harrison (Missy) of Big Rock, TN and Jaime March (John) of Dover, TN; her stepdaughter Jessica Robertson of Clarksville, TN; and her siblings, Pansy Page (Lee) of Dover, TN, Trudy Campbell (Mike) of Sparta, TN and Earl Ray Keatts of Woodlawn, TN. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
