He is survived by: his daughters, Kimberly Fox (Herbie) of Cookeville, TN, Ginger Terry of Smyrna, TN and Lisa Terry of Smyrna, TN; and his brothers, Donald Terry (Linda) of Lenoir City, TN and Dale Terry (Mary) of Bethpage, TN.. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
