She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Crutcher and Mavis Lyons Crutcher; and her brothers, Alvin Earl Crutcher, Alton Crutcher (Pete) and Sammie Crutcher.
She is survived by: her husband Vernon Sykes; her sister Rebecca Byrd (Cookie); and her nieces and nephews, Frank Crutcher, Brian Byrd, John Crutcher, Terry Crutcher, Nelma Crutcher, Linda Wilkes, Jane Link and Sherry Lynn Crutcher.
