He is survived by: his adoptive parents, Michael B. Nickerson and Pamela Suzanne Peterson; his birth mother Kathleen Wickham; his sisters, Jody Brake (Charles) and Julie Hemmes; and his daughter Nicole Hustin. He is also survived by eight loving nieces and nephews.
