He was predeceased by: his parents, Wren Clark and Onie Marie Clark; and his sister Joan Clark. He is survived by: his stepson Carlton; his wife Paula Clark; his brother James Clark of Lebanon, TN; and his children, Cheryl Clark of Huntingdon, TN, Matthew Ulickey (Michelle) of Grayson, KY and Michelle Honeycutt of Jonesborough, TN. He is also survived by six grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
