He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Riggins and Edith Riggins; his brother Tony Riggins; and his grandson Devin Peters. He is survived by: his wife Janey Crain Riggins; his son Randall Blane Riggins of Lebanon, TN; his stepson David Allen of Dover, TN; his daughters, Julie Riggins Peters of Bumpus Mills, TN and Leslie Wood (Carl); his siblings, Sonny Riggins of Dover, TN, Marty Riggins of Dover, TN, David Riggins of Dover, TN, Mable Barnhill of Cottontown, TN and Joan Simpson of Dover, TN; and his grandchildren, Russell Blane Keatts, Bethany Riggins, Ricky Riggins, Anna Riggins and Tyler Cunningham. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
